CrYSyS - CMuMF Data Framework: Proprietary Information Notice

This document and the information contained herein, including all associated architectures, protocols, and methodologies, are the exclusive, confidential, and proprietary property of Dexter Monroe LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. This information is protected by trade secret, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

1. Definition of Proprietary Information

For the purposes of this notice, "Proprietary Information" shall include, but is not limited to, all aspects of the CrYSyS - CMuMF data framework, its underlying components, and all related intellectual property developed or owned by Dexter Monroe LLC. This encompasses:

• Core Architectures: The conceptual and technical designs of the CrYSyS Protocol, the Braided Weave architecture, the Tricameral Heptarchy scaling model, and the general hierarchical-decentralized topology.

• Algorithms and Methodologies: The design and implementation of the Probabilistic State Estimation (PSE) engines, the Heuristic Policy Models (HPM), the Null-Time Factoring cognitive strategy, and the governing "1 Step Forward, 2 Steps Back" development philosophy.

• Protocols and Data Structures: The specific design of the CrYSyS transmission packet structure, its constrained KEY:VALUE lexicon, and the information-form representations used for hierarchical data fusion.

• Documentation and Embodiments: All related source code, object code, algorithms, designs, technical specifications, research plans, and foundational papers, including Process as Protocol, From Process to Practice, The Braided Weave, and The Inward Turn.

2. Restrictions on Use and Disclosure

No part of this document or the described framework may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or disassembled in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, without the express prior written consent of an authorized representative of Dexter Monroe LLC. Unauthorized use, disclosure, or reproduction of this Proprietary Information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. No License Granted

Possession or review of this document does not grant, expressly or by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the Proprietary Information for any purpose. Any and all rights to the Proprietary Information are retained by Dexter Monroe LLC.

THE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Governing Law

This notice and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
